My favorit fruit. This is very delicious. Banana is one of fruit with high carbohydrate. With high carbohydrate this fruit can be used as a substitute for snack foods. And perfect for those who are on a diet. Couse a piece of banana have 12.5 gr starch. The starch make us full body and speed up metabolism. The banana also have low fat content.
Banana also contains vitamin A, C, and B, potassium, and magnesium. Potassium can lowers blood pressure. So, if you have a diet program, banana can be eaten to increase intake of carbohydrate.
