On Spot 2009

Last Saturday 4/4/2009 attended half day seminar "THE EDGE INVESTMENT FORUM ON REAL ESTATE 2009" organized by The Edge at Sime Darby Convention Centre at Bukit Kiara. Basicly for the readers and I was told by organizer that they had received overlaping respond but they have very limited place so those who had received the invitation must be the lucky one. The speakers are very good and well known in this industy. What the most important from this forum? definately will be how good to invest in property, what type of property and the location of the project during current market situation. Everybody sound agreed that our economy will recover by the Q4 of 2009.
